We are a small, family run business and operate as such. We started out initially to do this for ourselves, but soon realised that other people shared our views and interest in our produce was enormous.
Our aim is to get back to the basic idea of utilising what is all around us; simple, seasonal and local. It's not rocket science after all. If the ingredients have travelled just a short distance they will be packed full of goodness. If on the other hand they have been freighted thousands of miles from all over the world.....
